随着新课标的实施,尊重学生个体差异、实现多元化教学正逐渐成为指导小学语文教学的新观念。语文课程标准明确提出,学生是学习和发展的主体,学生是语文学习的主人,而承认并理解学生的个性差异则是顺势引导学生进行自主学习的重要前提。每个人都有天赋,每个学生都是独立鲜活的个体,教师要据此创造适合学生的教育环境,使每个学生都得到个性化的发展。虽然各个学校已经始重视差异教学,但是仍处于摸索状态,本文结合教学实践,对小学语文课堂差异教学进行了浅要的研究,以供交流讨论。
With the implementation of the new curriculum standards, respecting the individual differences among students and realizing diversified teaching are gradually becoming the new concepts guiding Chinese teaching in primary schools. The standard of Chinese curriculum clearly states that students are the main body of learning and development while students are the masters of language learning. To recognize and understand the individual differences among students is an important prerequisite for students to follow the trend of their own learning. Everyone has a talent, each student is an independent and fresh individual, teachers should create a suitable educational environment for students, so that each student will be personalized development. Although various schools have paid great attention to the differences in teaching, they are still in a state of groping. In this paper, based on the teaching practice, this paper makes a brief study of the differences in the teaching of Chinese primary schools for discussion and exchange.
