单板机在液压测试中的一些应用上海铁道学院陈长海顾伟楠聂祟嘉本文介绍利用单板计算机为主要仪器的数据采集处理系统。该系统包括单板计算机、前置放大器、相应的接口以及利用汇编语言编制的软件。它取代了由动态应变仪及光线示波器构成的常规动态测试系统,在“瞬时流量的仿真测量”科研中取得了良好效果。该系统可实现测量自动化,并提高了测试精度,同时操作使用方便,价格低廉。高压先导式溢流阀液阻回路静、动特性的数字仿真研究哈尔滨工业大学刘庆和高增宏溢流阀中的液阻及液阻回路对溢流阀的静、动特性起着关键性作用。本文对采用三种不同液阻回路的同一个溢流阀进行了静、动特性的理论分析。通过数字仿真具体的予测出静、动态特性。在本文研究中又着重地对三种不同液阻回路的同一溢流阀进行了实测,得到理论,仿真与实测三者较为一致
Slitter in the hydraulic test of some applications Shanghai Railway Institute Chen Changhai Gu Weinan Nie Chongjia This article describes the use of single-board computers as the main instrument data acquisition and processing system. The system includes a single board computer, preamplifier, the corresponding interface and the use of assembly language programming software. It replaces the dynamic strain gauge and light oscilloscope consisting of conventional dynamic test system, in the “instantaneous flow simulation test,” made good results. This system can realize the measurement automation, and improve the testing accuracy, meanwhile the operation is easy to use and the price is low. Numerical Simulation of Static and Dynamic Characteristics of Liquid Resistance Circuit of High Pressure Pilot Relief Valve The liquid resistance and liquid resistance circuit in Liu Qinghe Gao Zenghong relief valve of Harbin Institute of Technology plays a key role in the static and dynamic characteristics of relief valve. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of the same relief valve with three different liquid-resistance circuits is carried out. Through the digital simulation to predict the specific static and dynamic characteristics. In the research of this paper, the same relief valve of three different liquid-resistance circuits is also emphatically measured, which is consistent with the theory, simulation and measurement
