目的:探索医院药学服务障碍测量工具的优化策略与发展方向,以期提升我国药学服务障碍相关研究的质量.方法:以“医院”“医疗机构”“药学服务”“障碍”“阻碍”“限制”“Hospital”“Pharmaceutical Care”“Pharmacy Service”“Pharmaceuti-cal Service”“Barrier”“Obstacle”为中、英文关键词,组合检索中国知网、万方、维普、Medline、ScienceDirect数据库自建库至2021年4月1日发表的文献,从测量工具的开发背景、适用对象

目的:探索医院药学服务障碍测量工具的优化策略与发展方向,以期提升我国药学服务障碍相关研究的质量.方法:以“医院”“医疗机构”“药学服务”“障碍”“阻碍”“限制”“Hospital”“Pharmaceutical Care”“Pharmacy Service”“Pharmaceuti-cal Service”“Barrier”“Obstacle”为中、英文关键词,组合检索中国知网、万方、维普、Medline、ScienceDirect数据库自建库至2021年4月1日发表的文献,从测量工具的开发背景、适用对象、开发过程和测量内容等方面进行比较和分析.结果:共纳入9项药学服务障碍测量工具研究,各项测量工具的开发流程基本符合标准,能满足一般的测量需求,但普遍存在缺乏理论框架支撑、开发流程规范性略有欠缺、计分系统不够完善、跨文化适应性偏弱等不足,可能不完全适用于当前我国医院药学服务环境.结论:为进一步完善药学服务障碍测量工具以提高我国药学服务障碍相关研究质量,有待依据标准的开发流程重新编制专用测量工具,以准确评估我国医院药学服务障碍水平.
