肝脏合成的多肽hepcidin是控制肠道铁吸收,调节机体铁稳态的体液因子,在慢性肾脏病患者的铁代谢调控中起着重要作用。在慢性肾脏病时,hepcidin的调节和表达与肾小球滤过率、铁状态、炎症、促红细胞生成素的应用等有关。通过测定hepcidin含量,可能对正确评估慢性肾脏病患者的铁状态、指导补铁治疗、预测促红细胞生成素的治疗反应有一定价值。
Hepatic peptide hepcidin is a humoral factor that controls intestinal iron absorption and regulates iron homeostasis. It plays an important role in the regulation of iron metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease. In chronic kidney disease, hepcidin regulation and expression and glomerular filtration rate, iron status, inflammation, erythropoietin application and so on. By measuring hepcidin levels, it may be valuable for the correct assessment of iron status, guiding iron therapy and predicting the response to erythropoietin in patients with chronic kidney disease.
