依山而建的园区、厂区等人类活动区域,由大气降水造成的短时涝水灾害可能造成人民财产损失和人员伤亡。在极端天气发生时,为了确保安全减少损失,必须将建设区汇水面积内的大气降水合理有效地加以截排、引导排放。本课题以某陵园区发生涝水灾害后治理。充分考虑地形地貌影响,力求研究提出切实可行、技术先进和经济合理的截洪沟设置方案。
