为了解某民用发动机5级低压涡轮的气动设计特点,利用全三维计算流体动力学(CFD)软件CFX 12.0对带冷气的某5级低压涡轮进行了全三维计算,湍流模拟采用带转捩的SST(shear stress trans-port)二方程模型,并使用源项模拟技术考虑冷气的影响.计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,结果表明该涡轮叶片均采用前加载或均匀加载的设计方法,流道中气流为全亚声速流动;亦表明了CFX软件对气动流场的模拟具有较高的精度.计算结果为先进民用航空发动机涡轮设计提供一定的参考和借鉴.
In order to understand the aerodynamic design characteristics of a five-stage low-pressure turbine for a civilian engine, a full three-dimensional calculation was performed on a five-stage low pressure turbine with cooling air using a full three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software CFX 12.0. (shear stress trans-port) two-equation model, and the source term simulation technology is used to consider the influence of cooling air.The calculated results are compared with the experimental results, the results show that the turbine blades are designed with front loading or uniform loading, It also shows that the CFX software has high accuracy for the simulation of aerodynamic flow field.The calculation results provide some reference and reference for the turbine design of advanced civil aeroengine.
