研究了 4种砧木、5种中间砧红富士苹果叶片内POD、IOD酶活性的季节变化规律、不同中间砧对红富士苹果树体生长的影响以及中间砧红富士苹果不同部位的酶活性变化。结果表明 ,各砧木与中间砧红富士苹果叶片内POD、IOD酶活性的季节变化规律相似 ;砧木与其对应的中间砧红富士苹果叶片内的酶活性之间呈极显著的正相关 ;不同矮化程度砧木之间及不同中间砧红富士苹果之间的POD、IOD酶活性差异较大 ,并且酶活性大小与砧木的矮化程度密切相关 ,即半矮化砧木的酶活性低于矮化、极矮化砧木的酶活性 ;比较不同中间砧红富士苹果各部位的酶活性表明 ,不同中间砧POD的酶活性在枝条韧皮部中的差异较大 ,而IOD在叶片中的差异较大 ;在 5月下旬和 9月下旬 ,中间砧红富士苹果叶片内的POD、IOD酶活性与树体的生长势达显著负相关 ,因此利用POD、IOD酶活性预测嫁接树生长势的最佳时期应分别为 5月下旬和 9月下旬
The seasonal changes of POD and IOD activity in leaves of four kinds of rootstocks and five kinds of intermediate grafts were studied. The effects of different intermediate anvils on the growth of Red Fuji apple trees and the changes of enzyme activities in different parts of Red Fuji apple were studied. The results showed that the seasonal changes of POD and IOD activity in leaves of Red Fuji apple were similar in all the rootstocks and the interstocks. The root activity of rootstocks was significantly and positively correlated with the enzyme activity in leaves of corresponding Fuji apple, The degree of POD and IOD activities differed significantly between the rootstocks and the red Fuji apples, and the enzyme activity was closely related to the dwarfing degree of the rootstocks, that is, the enzyme activity of the semi-dwarfing rootstocks was lower than that of dwarfing and pole Dwarfing rootstocks. Comparing the enzymatic activities of different parts of Red Fuji apple showed that the activities of POD in different intermediate anvils differed greatly in the phloem of branches, while the differences of IOD in leaves were larger.
