网络舆情有利于提升公民参与意识、规范公共权力运行、推动政府科学决策,同时也产生着消解国家主流意识形态、弱化政府社会信息控制力的消极作用。因此,我们要创新思维方式,完善工作机制,构建互动平台,科学利用网络舆情服务河南省服务型政府建设。 Public opinion on the internet is helpful to raise the awareness of citizen participation, standardize the operation of public power, promote the government’s scientific decision-making, and at the same time it also has the negative effect of dispelling the mainstream ideology of the country and weakening the control power of government social information. Therefore, we should innovate the way of thinking, improve the working mechanism, build an interactive platform and make use of network public opinions to serve the construction of service-oriented government in Henan Province.
