1.限制水泵几何安装高度从理论上说,在标准大气压下,水泵吸水高度可以达到10.33m。但实际上水泵叶轮进口处不可能绝对真空,加上水泵进水管弯头、底阀、管道内壁水流阻力和泵内水力损失,水泵的吸水高度(即几何安装高度)总是小于10.33m。水泵的几何安装高度越小,进水管路的真空度越小,产生汽蚀的可能性就越小。因此,在安装水泵时,应尽可能降低水泵的几何安装高度。
