对17个脾脏模型进行CT扫描,测量体积,脾脏模型实际体积通过排除水的容量来计算,对同一体积不同形态的脾脏模型测量其各径线,求得脾卑指数,比较其准确程度。结果其CT测值与实际测值无显著性差异(P>0.05),同一体积不同形态的脾脏模型的脾指数相差约10%。表明CT能准确测量脾脏体积。同时测定100名正常人的脾体积为88.5~215cm3,平均134.3cm3±28.5cm3。
Seventeen spleen models were scanned by CT. The volume of spleen model was measured. The actual volume of spleen model was calculated by excluding the volume of water. The diameters of spleen models of the same volume and shape were measured, and the spleen and inferiority index were obtained and their accuracy was compared. Results There was no significant difference between CT measurement and actual measurement (P> 0.05). Spleen index of different spleen models with the same volume varied by about 10%. CT can accurately measure the spleen volume. At the same time, the spleen volume of 100 normal people was 88.5 ~ 215cm3, with an average of 134.3cm3 ± 28.5cm3.
