提升高职院校辅导员科研能力是加强辅导员队伍专业化建设、提高学生教育管理和思想政治教育工作水平的客观需要。缺乏科研意识、角色定位模糊、流动性大是造成高职院校辅导员队伍科研能力弱的主要原因。高职院校应提高辅导员选拔标准,加强对辅导员的科研考核和制度激励,实施名师引导和分类管理策略,全面提升辅导员队伍科研素养。
Improving the scientific research ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges is an objective need to strengthen the specialized construction of counselors and to improve students’ educational management and ideological and political education. Lack of awareness of scientific research, the role of ambiguous positioning, mobility is the cause of higher vocational college counselors team the main reason for weak research capacity. Higher vocational colleges should improve the selection criteria of counselors, strengthen the research evaluation and system incentives for counselors, implement the teacher-led and classified management strategies, and comprehensively enhance the scientific accomplishment of counselors.
