目的探讨抗精子抗体(ASAb)对IVF-ET技术卵子成熟度、受精率、卵裂率及胚胎质量的影响。方法分析36例血清ASA阳性妇女,19例精子表面ASA阳性男性患者IVF-ET周期受精率、卵裂率及胚胎质量与对照组的区别。结果女性血清中ASAbIgM为多,男性精子表面IgA联合IgG为主,两种情况均可降低卵子的受精率和卵裂率,但对卵子成熟度和胚胎质量无影响;行IVF-ET的ASAb阳性妇女受精率和卵裂率明显低于对照组,行ICSI的ASAb阳性妇女各参数与对照组无明显差异。结论女性血清中IgM和男性精子表面IgA及IgG能降低体外受精的受精率及卵裂率;对选择体外受精助孕的夫妇当女性血清中IgM阳性,男性精子表面IgA和IgG同时阳性时ICSI是优先选择的助孕方式。
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-sperm antibody (ASAb) on egg maturation, fertilization rate, cleavage rate and embryo quality in IVF-ET. Methods The differences of IVF-ET cycle fertilization rate, cleavage rate and embryo quality between 36 ASA-positive women and 19 ASA-positive men with sperm surface were compared with that of the control group. Results Serum ASAbIgM was higher in female and IgA in male was higher than IgG. Both fertilization and cleavage rates could reduce the egg fertility and cleavage rate, but had no effect on egg maturation and embryo quality. ASAb positive in IVF-ET Women fertilization rate and cleavage rate was significantly lower than the control group, ICSI ASAb-positive women of the parameters and the control group no significant difference. Conclusions IgM and sperm surface IgA and IgG in female serum can reduce the fertilization rate and cleavage rate of in vitro fertilization. For couples who choose IVF when ICM is positive for IgM in male serum and positive for IgA and IgG in male spermatozoa The preferred method of pregnancy.
