近年来新发展的变迎角方法增加了电弧加热器湍流平板试验的可控参数,大幅提升了试验模拟能力,但同时也增加了状态调试的复杂性。本文基于FLUENT软件,采用CFD方法分析了不同试验工况下的流场特性。通过与典型试验状态的测试数据比较,验证了计算方法的有效性,定量地给出不同弧室压力和模型迎角条件下校测平板表面主要气动热参数分布,结合流场激波反射、干扰和附面层分离等现象,总结分析了试验控制参数的影响规律,并根据研究结果提出了试验的基本原则。
In recent years, the newly developed variable angle of attack method increases the controllable parameters of the turbulent arc plate test of arc heaters, greatly improving the experimental simulation capability, but also increases the complexity of state debugging. Based on FLUENT software, CFD method was used to analyze the flow field characteristics under different experimental conditions. The validity of the calculation method is verified by comparison with the test data of a typical test condition. The distribution of the main aerodynamic thermal parameters of the test slab surface under different arc chamber pressures and model angles of attack is given quantitatively. Combined with the reflection of the flow field, the interference and Surface separation and other phenomena, summarizes and analyzes the impact of experimental control parameters, and based on the results of the study proposed the basic principles of the experiment.
