研究了123I标记单克隆抗体3H11在荷瘤裸鼠体内的生物分布和SPECT显像。体内生物学分布显示,肿瘤摄取24 h时达最大值(11.06±1.86)%ID/g,注射123I-3H11 24 h T/NT比值分别为:肿瘤/血,2.90±0.06;肿瘤/甲状腺,1.51±0.42;肿瘤/胃,9.96±0.56。注射7.4 MBq123I-3H11于2、24 h行SPECT显像,显像结果表明,24 h后能清晰显像。标记抗体的裸鼠体内生物学分布结果与显像结果基本一致。生物分布和显像表明,123I-3H11可能成为一种新的胃癌SPECT显像剂。
The biodistribution and SPECT imaging of 123I labeled monoclonal antibody 3H11 in nude mice bearing tumor were studied. The in vivo biological distribution showed that the 24 h T / NT ratio of tumor in blood / blood was 2.90 ± 0.06 at the maximum of (11.06 ± 1.86)% ID / g at 24 h after tumor ingestion, and the tumor / ± 0.42; tumor / stomach, 9.96 ± 0.56. The SPECT imaging of 7.4 MBq123I-3H11 was performed at 2,24 h after injection, and the imaging results showed that it could be clearly visualized after 24 h. The results of the biological distribution of the labeled antibody in nude mice were basically consistent with the imaging results. Biodistribution and imaging showed that 123I-3H11 may become a new SPECT imaging agent for gastric cancer.
