Objective To study the lung ventilation / perfusion imaging of pregnant rabbits and observe the offspring of pregnant rabbits so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of pulmonary ventilation / perfusion imaging. Methods Pregnant rabbits who meet the experimental requirements were randomly divided into control group and test group. The pregnant group was examined by pulmonary perfusion perfusion imaging on the 8th day pregnant. Pregnancy observed two groups of pregnant rabbits in the abortion, stillbirth and other aspects of any difference in the third trimester of pregnancy to detect maternal serum thyroid hormone levels to understand the offspring intrauterine growth. At birth and postpartum, the two groups of pregnant rabbits were observed for the stillbirth and appearance deformity. The differences of growth and development between the two groups of pregnant rabbits were observed on postnatal days 1 and 75. Results There was no significant difference in terms of miscarriage, stillbirth and stillbirth between two groups of pregnant rabbits (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the third trimester of pregnancy (P> 0.05). There was no obvious deformity in the appearances of pregnant rabbits in both groups. There was no significant difference in body weight, head circumference, abdominal circumference and body length among the progeny on the 1st and 75th day postpartum (P> 0.05). Conclusions Pulmonary ventilation / perfusion imaging showed no significant adverse effects on the pregnant rabbit offsprings in terms of miscarriage, stillbirth, stillbirth, appearance teratogenicity and the growth and development of offspring.
