政府官员的角色是中国学校改革中颇具“本土特色”的一个问题,政府的强势地位是政府官员角色问题的体制根源,政府官员的角色是学校评价政府的重要依据。基于道德境界与行政能力这两个维度,可将政府官员在学校改革中的角色区分为“指导者”、“合作者”、“服务者”、“协助者”、“观望者”、“逍遥者”、“索利者”、“交换者”及“坐等者”九种基本类型。
The role of government officials is one of the problems of “local characteristics” in the reform of Chinese schools.
