基础教育是普及教育、大众化教育,基础教育应该面向全体学生,促进学生个性化的发展。当前,教育行政部门高度关注后30%的学业质量,将期末抽测学科后30%学生的评价权重占了50%。农村初中英语学科两极分化严重,“后30%学生”的比例较高,如何缩小英语学科的两极分化,提升“后30%学生”英语学习的兴趣习惯、英语能力等,这是当前农村初中英语教学的困惑之一。笔者就如何提升“后30%学生”学习成绩,谈谈个人的看法。
