基于电网安全稳定控制技术实时仿真试验研究平台,对中国南方电网三道防线中多个稳定控制系统进行了试验和研究。采用复杂大电网实时仿真建模技术,对云广直流安全稳定控制系统进行了试验研究,验证了该平台对交直流大型电网的实时仿真能力;采用广域安全稳定控制系统实时仿真场景构建技术,开展了云南电网小水电群广域振荡解列控制系统试验研究,体现了该平台开展基于广域信息的稳定控制技术的研发能力;采用多时间尺度多区域稳定控制综合协调技术,完成了云广特高压直流孤岛机网协调控制系统的研究,充分利用了平台控制器模型的自定义功能。应用实例表明,所构建的平台是交直流大电网安全稳定控制技术试验研究的有效途径和重要保障。
Based on the real-time simulation test and research platform for power grid security and stability control technology, several stability control systems in three defense lines of China Southern Power Grid were tested and studied. The real-time simulation of large-scale AC / DC power grid is validated by using the real-time simulation technology of complex large power grid to test and control the Yun-Guang HVDC safety and stability control system. With the real-time simulation of wide area security and stability control system, Carried out a pilot study of the wide-area oscillation singulation control system for small hydropower groups in Yunnan Power Grid, and demonstrated the R & D capability of this platform to carry out stable control based on wide-area information. With the multi-time scale and multi-area stability control integrated coordination technology, Research on the coordination control system of UHVDC islanding network fully utilizes the self-defined function of the platform controller model. The application example shows that the constructed platform is an effective way and an important guarantee for the experimental research of safety and stability control technology in AC / DC large power grid.
