柔性管理是在学校完善的制度管理的基础上,引导师生淡化制度,进入超越制度状态,将制度内化为自觉行为的管理模式。它是在研究人们心理和行为规律的基础上,依据人本主义理论,采用非强制、人性化的方式,在人们心中产生一种潜在的说服力,从而把组织意志转变为人们的自觉行为。
Flexible management is based on the school’s sound system management, to guide teachers and desalination system, into the state beyond the system, the system of internalized into a conscious behavior management. It is based on the study of people’s psychological and behavioral laws, based on the theory of humanism, using a non-mandatory, humane way, in the people’s mind to produce a potential persuasion, so that the organizational will into people’s conscious behavior.
