传统的企业管理过程中均是以集权管理为主,在企业成立初期权利就主要集中在几个或一个人的手里面,担当“代言人”角色。长期的管理实践证明,企业的运作必须依靠有机整体的协同配合才能达到最终想要的结果。分权化管理的基本模式是决策权在不同层次和不同部门的管理人员之间进行适当的划分,并通过适当的授权,使不同层次的管理者都能对日常的经济活动及时的作出有效的决策,以适应市场变化的需要。本文在生命周期理论的视角下,结合W集团的实例,通过分析企业现存的问题,找出构建分权化管理体制的具体措施,对我国企业的可持续发展具有重要的指导和实践意义。
In the traditional process of enterprise management, centralized management is the main method. In the early days of an enterprise, the rights are mainly concentrated in the hands of a few or a person, acting as the spokesperson. Long-term management practice has proved that the operation of enterprises must rely on the overall organic cooperation in order to achieve the desired results. The basic mode of decentralized management is that decision-making powers are properly divided among managers at different levels and in different departments and, through proper authorization, managers at different levels can make timely and effective decisions on daily economic activities Decision-making to meet the changing needs of the market. From the perspective of life cycle theory and W group, this article analyzes the existing problems of enterprises and finds out the concrete measures to establish a decentralized management system, which has important guiding and practical significance for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
