在没有加工中心和坐标镗床的情况下,加工具有孔距小,又有同轴度要求的零件是比较困难的,本文介绍在普通车床上使用偏摆夹具,解决了生产中的问题,保证了产品质量。一、偏摆夹具的基本原理在图1中,O_1与O_2是泵体的两孔中心,O为偏摆夹具的转动中心。在加工时,要使机床主轴中心与O_1、O_2重合,才能加工两孔。O_(?)O在x方向的距离为l,在y方向的距离为a。O_3、O_4为插销孔中心,距离为2C。O_3与机床中心在y方向的距离为b,O_3与摆动中心O在x方向的距离为C。
