以多刺裸腹为动物筛选模型，从药效学方面研究了绞股蓝提取液对多刺裸腹生命活力和寿命的影响。结果表明：0．0125％、0．0250％、0．0500％及0．1000％的绞股蓝提取液对的生长、发育、繁殖和寿命均有明显影响。
The model was screened with prickly abdomen as animal, and the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on the vitality and life span of prickly abdomen was studied from the aspect of pharmacodynamics. The results showed that 0.0125%, 0.0250%, 0.0500%, and 0.1000% Gynostemma pentaphyllum extracts had significant effects on growth, development, reproduction, and longevity.
