为探索旧水泥混凝土路面的最优加铺方案,铺筑了6段不同沥青加铺层厚度、沥青混合料孔隙率和防反射裂缝措施的沥青加铺层试验路,并采用ARAN9000多功能道路检测车等设备,通过裂缝反射率和表面破损率对运营3年后的路面进行了使用状况评价。结果表明:沥青加铺层厚度越大,抗裂效果越好;满铺聚酯玻纤抗裂布抗裂效果较高弹性应力吸收层及高弹性橡胶马蹄脂应力吸收带抗裂效果好;开级配沥青混合料较密级配抗裂效果显著好。研究以工程为载体,对旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层具有指导意义。
In order to explore the optimum layout of old cement concrete pavement, six sections of asphalt overlay with different thickness of asphalt overlay, porosity of asphalt mixture and anti-reflection crack measures were paved. The ARAN9000 multi-purpose road test Car and other equipment, through the crack reflectivity and the rate of surface damage on the operation of three years after the road conditions were evaluated. The results show that the bigger the thickness of asphalt overlay is, the better the anti-cracking effect is. The better anti-cracking effect of crack-proof polyester fiberglass fabric is. The stress-absorbing band of elastic stress-absorbing layer and high elastic rubber horseshoe have good cracking resistance. Gradation of asphalt mixture with a more dense level of anti-cracking effect was significantly better. Research on engineering as the carrier, the asphalt pavement of old concrete pavement is instructive.
