电击伤可造成组织烧伤及全身部分脏器损伤坏死。经我们临床观察心脏受累的患者极易发生心律失常。我科自1993年以来成功救治了64例电击伤致心律失常患者,现就其临床特点,治疗及临床疗效报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 64例均为男性。年龄19～49岁,电击原因为误碰电器漏电造成,电压是220～380 V。1.2 临床表现 64例中轻者出现头晕、心慌、胸闷、脸色苍白、口唇发绀、四肢发软不能下床活动;重者意识丧失、呼吸心跳停止、触电部位烧伤等。1.3 心律失常诊断标准心电图检查按有关文献标
Electrical injury can cause tissue burns and systemic necrosis of some organs. Arrhythmia is most likely to occur in our patients whose heart is clinically observed. Since 1993, our department has successfully treated 64 cases of arrhythmia caused by electric shock, and now on the clinical features, treatment and clinical efficacy are reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 64 cases are men. Age 19 to 49 years old, the cause of the electric shock accidentally touch the electrical leakage caused by the voltage is 220 ~ 380V. 1.2 The clinical manifestations of 64 cases of mild dizziness, palpitation, chest tightness, pale, lips cyanosis, limbs can not get out of bed activity; severe loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, electric shock and other parts of the burn. 1.3 arrhythmia diagnostic criteria ECG according to the relevant literature standard
