据海关数据显示,2009年中国大豆进口量为4255万吨。比2008年同比增长13.7%。我国每年消费大豆5000万吨左右,也就是说80%的大豆需要依赖进口。自取消大豆的进口关税和配额限制后,我国已经从大豆出口大国变成世界上最大的大豆进口国。还有橡胶、石油等凡是严重依赖进口的大宗商品,价格常会大幅波动,作为需求大国,却不拥有价格话语权。《经济参考报》记者就此问题专访经济学家郎咸平教授。
According to customs data, China’s soybean imports in 2009 amounted to 42.55 million tons. Up 13.7% from the same period of last year. China consumes 50 million tons of soybean each year, which means that 80% of the soybean needs to be imported. Since the lifting of the import tariffs and quotas on soybeans, China has become the largest soybean importer in the world from a big soybean exporter. There are rubber, oil and other commodities heavily dependent on imports, the price volatility often, as a large country of demand, but do not have the right to speak of the price. “Economic Information Daily” reporter interviewed economist Professor Lang Xianping on this issue.
