生命表方法用于避孕研究已有二十多年的历史。先驱工作要首推Tietze氏(1967)在宫内避孕效果和可接受法方面的应用。同时,Potter氏在避孕研究的生命表理论和应用方面也做出了贡献,其根据离散时间模型(discrete time model)采用多终点递减率生命表(multiple decrement life table)。此后,生命表方法又应用于口服避孕药、避孕注射剂、皮下埋植和释放甾体类固醇阴道环等的随访研究。国内已将生命表方法用于输卵管注药绝育术的回顾性研究和前瞻性研究,以及输卵管结扎术的效果评价。但迄今为止。在国内外的文献中尚未见到将生命表方法用于评价输精管绝育术效果的报导。实际上,输精管绝育术的数据特征与其它避孕
The life table method has been used in contraception for more than two decades. Pioneer work to be the most important Tietze’s (1967) contraceptive effectiveness and acceptable intrauterine application. In the meantime, Potter’s contribution to the life table theory and application of contraception research is based on the use of a multiple decrement life table in the discrete time model. Since then, the life table method has been applied to follow-up studies of oral contraceptives, contraceptive injections, subcutaneous implants and release of steroid-resistant vaginal rings. Domestic life table method has been used for tubal injection sterilization of retrospective and prospective studies, as well as tubal ligation effect evaluation. But so far. In the domestic and foreign literature has not seen the life table method used to evaluate the effect of vas deferens sterilization reports. In fact, data on vas deferens sterilization and other contraceptives
