1978～1987年我院收治双胎妊娠188例,除去孕周不足28周者6例,现将182例进行统计分析。材料和方法 182例双胎妊娠共有364例围产儿,10年分为两个阶段,1978～1982(简称前阶段),1983～1987(简称后阶段),前、后两阶段双胎妊娠及围产儿分别为95,190例;及87,174例。一、诊断:182例双胎妊娠产前诊断出双胎妊娠168例占92.30％。7.70％于临产后始诊断出。前阶段产前诊断率为87.37％,后阶段为97.70％,后阶段产前诊断率明显提
From 1978 to 1987, 188 cases of twin pregnancy were treated in our hospital. Six cases with gestational age less than 28 weeks were excluded, and 182 cases were analyzed statistically.
