本文用原子吸收分光光度计对109对视力低下与视力正常的14~16岁男女学生的发锌、发铜进行了比较,发现男生视力正常组发锌高于视力低下组,差别有显著性(P<0.05),但女生两组发锌含量差异无显著性。男女生两组间发铜差异均无显著性。文章简要地对视力低下的原因进行了讨论,认为不良读阅习惯、遗传因素对视力低下有关。发育指标在两组间无差异。
In this paper, 109 pairs of low vision and normal vision of 14 to 16-year-old male and female students of hair and hair copper were compared by atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and found that boys normal vision group hair zinc is higher than that of low vision group, the difference was significant P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the zinc content between girls and girls.
