250型摩托车变速副轴Ⅱ档齿轮的端面有六个凸柱,零件形状如图1所示。有的工厂采用空心铣刀铣出六个凸柱,但柱面光洁度▽4难以达到要求,柱头0.5×45°倒角的加工也不方便,同时铣刀的磨损和消耗量较大,而空心铣刀的制造工艺又较复杂。为确保凸柱加工质量,获得较好的经济效果,我们设计和试制了车加工该凸柱的夹具。夹具结构简单,加工时采用专用切刀能同时车削凸柱及其上的0.5×45°倒角。
