将ＢＮＹＶＶＣＰ蛋白作为抗原，免疫家兔制备出了特异性强的ＢＮＹＶＶ抗血清，采用微量沉淀法测定其效价为１∶１２０４。用改进的戊二醛二步法将ＨＲＰ酶标记到纯化的抗体上，得到了高质量的酶标抗体。在国内首次研制便于携带、易于操作和具有实用价值的ＢＮＹＶＶＥＬＩＳＡ诊断试剂盒。
BNYVVCP protein was used as antigen to immunize rabbits to prepare a specific strong BNYVV antiserum. The titer was 1: 1204 by microdialysis method. The HRP enzyme was labeled with the purified glutaraldehyde two-step method to obtain the high quality ELISA antibody. For the first time in China to develop portable, easy to operate and has practical value of BNYVVELISA diagnostic kit.
