为探讨组织代用品羟基磷灰石硅胶复合材料的生物学,在18只新西兰白兔的双侧下颌骨无牙区制造10mm×4mm×3mm的骨缺损,置入含羟基磷灰石重量占30%和70%的两种块状羟基磷灰石硅胶复合材料。分别于术后2周、1个月、6个月取标本观察。结果表明,两种不同比例的羟基磷灰石硅胶复合材料均无溶解吸收,能与下颌骨形成骨性结合。含羟基磷灰石重量占70%的羟基磷灰石硅胶复合材料的骨组织亲和性较好,密度接近骨质,且有弹性好、易操作等特点,作为骨代用材料可能有较大应用价值
In order to explore the biology of tissue substitute hydroxyapatite silica gel composites, bone defect of 10mm × 4mm × 3mm was made in the bilateral mandibular no-tooth region of 18 New Zealand white rabbits. The weight of the hydroxyapatite-containing composites was 30 % And 70% of two massive hydroxyapatite silica composites. The specimens were observed at 2 weeks, 1 month and 6 months after operation. The results show that the two different proportions of hydroxyapatite silica gel composite material without dissolution and absorption, with the formation of bone bony combination. Hydroxyapatite 70% by weight of hydroxyapatite composites of silica gel bone tissue affinity is close, the density close to the bone, and flexible, easy to operate and so on, as the bone substitute material may have greater application value
