我段凤城驻所有八个房间,总面积110米~2。过去,用火墙取暖,给生产和职工身体健康带来很多问题。采用塔式温水锅炉取暖后,有省煤、安全等好处。一、省煤百分之五十左右 1.采用塔式温水锅炉取暖后减少了炉数,减少了热能损失。过去用火墙取暖时共五个炉眼,炉口多、火源分散、设备原始、热能损失大,室内冷热不均。改为塔式温水锅炉后只剩一个锅炉口,减少了热能损失。每个采暖期可节煤7.5吨。 2.塔式温水锅炉结构合理,热能利用高。这种锅炉在构造上较火墙先进。炉体四周为热水套壁,横卧式烟道还设有多路过热水管。受热面积大,热能得到了充分利用。加上烟囱稍高(5米),引风效果良好,煤能充分燃烧。
