基于单片机技术与精密XTR110 V/I转换,设计制作了一种新型大电流高精度数控直流电流源。系统由控制电路、恒流源、数模(D/A)转换、显示、模数(A/D)转换。以单片机为核心,将输入的电流信号转换成数字信号;恒流源模块将D/A转换来的电压模拟量转变成恒流;显示模块采用数码管显示译码芯片与74LS47构成10进制4位数码动态显示电路。测试表明系统稳定性好、精度高、操作简单、人机界面友好,且电路精炼、成本低,具有很大的实用价值。
Based on the single chip microcomputer technology and precision XTR110 V / I conversion, a new type of high current and high precision DC current source is designed and manufactured. System by the control circuit, constant current source, digital-analog (D / A) conversion, display, analog to digital (A / D) conversion. To the microcontroller as the core, the input current signal is converted to digital signals; constant current source module will D / A converted to analog voltage into constant current; display module using digital tube display decoder chip and 74LS47 form a decimal 4 Digital dynamic display circuit. Test shows that the system has good stability, high precision, simple operation, friendly man-machine interface, and circuit refining, low cost, with great practical value.
