目的：观察疝环充填式无张力疝修补术护理措施对患者术后康复的现实意义。方法：随机抽取自2014年1月-2015年4月在我院就诊的50例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象，对其进行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的全过程采取临床护理措施，分析患者的手术成功数、并发症、复发数、满意率进行统计分析，总结护理手段的有效性。结果：手术顺利进行，无护理差错，无意外事故，术后无一例复发,患者满意度高达96%。结论：对疝环充填式无张疝修补术患者的临床护理，有效减轻了患者术后疼痛，缩短住院时间，提高手术质量，避免手术后复发，是值得推广的临床方法。
Objective: To observe the practical significance of the nursing measures of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair on postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Methods: Fifty patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected randomly. Clinical nursing measures were taken during the whole process of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair. Patients were analyzed The number of successful surgery, complications, the number of recurrence, the satisfaction rate of statistical analysis, summed up the effectiveness of nursing. Results: The operation was carried out smoothly, without nursing errors and no accidents. No recurrence was found after operation, and patient satisfaction was as high as 96%. Conclusion: The clinical nursing of hernia ring filling hernia repair patients effectively relieves postoperative pain, shorten hospital stay, improve operation quality and avoid postoperative recurrence, which is worthy of clinical application.
