用燃烧台柴试验法评定了MCrAlY型涂层合金及等离子喷涂MCrAlY涂层的抗热腐蚀性能。MCrAlY型涂层合金的抗蚀性比公认的抗热腐蚀合金K38提高约10倍,K9合金等离子喷涂的CoCrAlY涂层比常用的铝化物(Al-Si)涂层提高约3倍。用X光衍射和电子探针对表层显微组织进行了分析。
The combustion hot wood test method was used to evaluate the hot corrosion resistance of MCrAlY coating alloy and plasma sprayed MCrAlY coating. The corrosion resistance of the MCrAlY coating alloy is about 10 times higher than that of the commonly used hot corrosion resistant alloy K38, and the K9 alloy plasma sprayed CoCrAlY coating is about 3 times higher than the conventional Al-Si coating. Surface microstructure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and electron probe.
