作者应用藻酸双酯钠治疗急性心肌梗塞收到良好疗效。并结合其类肝素样作用，对其抗急性心肌缺血的机理进行了探讨。结果显示，该药能使异常ＳＴ段明显改善，缩小梗塞面积，降低心律失常发生率，减少死亡率。
The authors applied sodium alginate in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction received good effect. Combined with its heparin-like effect on its mechanism of anti-acute myocardial ischemia were discussed. The results show that the drug can significantly improve the abnormal ST segment, reduce infarct size, reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and reduce mortality.
