目的:比较正常妊娠组与妊娠糖尿病组(GDM)的糖化血红蛋白水平,探讨糖化血红蛋白与妊娠糖尿病之间的关系。方法:选择2010年2月~2011年11月257例妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠合并糖尿病患者,同时选取257例正常妊娠产妇作为对照组,应用免疫比浊法对两组受试者糖化血红蛋白含量进行测定,所用仪器是日立7170A生化仪。结果:妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05)。GDM组HbA1c出现异常有105例,异常率为40.85%;正常妊娠组HbA1c出现异常28例,异常率为10.89%。GDM组HbA1c异常率明显高于正常妊娠对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖化血红蛋白的测定可以作为妊娠糖尿病的辅助诊断手段,其操作简单、结果可靠,具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective: To compare the levels of HbA1c in normal pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and to explore the relationship between HbA1c and gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: From February 2010 to November 2011, 257 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus were selected, and 257 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group. The levels of glycated hemoglobin in the two groups were measured by immunoturbidimetry , The instrument used is Hitachi 7170A biochemical analyzer. Results: HbA1c in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy (P <0.05). There were 105 cases of abnormal HbA1c in GDM group, the abnormal rate was 40.85%. There were 28 cases of abnormal HbA1c in normal pregnancy group, the abnormal rate was 10.89%. The abnormal rate of HbA1c in GDM group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The determination of glycosylated hemoglobin can be used as auxiliary diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus, its operation is simple, the results are reliable, and has good clinical value.
