在产水气井的垂直向上两相流动中 ,环状流是一种非常重要的流型。对于环状流研究已由建立经验关系式的方法逐渐过渡到稳定机理模型的研究上。文中分析了机理模型研究中存在的不足 ,根据环状流的物理结构 ,应用动量守恒定律建立预测环状流特性参数的数学模型 ,采用迭代法求解 ,解决了文献中存在的问题。为了验证所建模型的可靠性 ,建立了一个数据库 ,把根据文中模型和其它两个关系式 (Orkiszewski方法和Beggs—Brill方法 )计算得到的相对性能系数进行对比 ,结果表明该模型的性能优于这两个关系式的性能。
Annular flow is a very important flow pattern in the vertically upward two-phase flow in a production gas well. The research on annular flow has gradually shifted from the establishment of the empirical relation method to the study of the stable mechanism model. Based on the physical structure of toroidal flow, a mathematical model for predicting the characteristic parameters of toroidal flow is established by applying the law of conservation of momentum. The iterative method is used to solve the problem in the literature. In order to verify the reliability of the proposed model, a database was constructed to compare the relative performance coefficients calculated from the model and the other two relationships (Orkiszewski and Beggs-Brill methods). The results show that the proposed model is superior to The performance of these two relations.
