本文提出了履带拖拉机在松软土壤上行驶时接地压力动态分布的数学模型;通过对确定土壤剪切变形模量K的方法的研究修正了Janosi-Hanamoto公式,建立了以接地压力动态分布和接地履带板下土壤水平变形成等差级数变化条件下的推力数学模型;并在松散干砂上进行了履带拖拉机整车牵引试验。接地压力动态分布和履带推力的计算值,与试验结果比较,表现出良好的一致性。
This paper proposes a mathematical model for the dynamic distribution of the contact pressure when the crawler tractor is driving on soft soil. The Janosi-Hanamoto formula is revised by studying the method for determining the soil shear modulus K, and the dynamic distribution and grounding track with ground pressure is established. The level of the soil under the slab is transformed into a thrust mathematical model under the condition of equal progression. The crawler tractor traction test is carried out on the loose dry sand. The calculated values of ground pressure dynamic distribution and track thrust force show a good agreement with the test results.
