2006 is the first year of China’s “Eleventh Five-year Plan”. How to Evaluate the Achievements Made in Information Construction during the 10th Five-year Plan? Information technology, what are the problems and gaps? “Eleventh Five-Year” period of information technology development trend? “Eleventh Five-Year” period information construction tasks and goals? On these issues, we interviewed the responsible persons in charge of information administration in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong, Sichuan and Heilongjiang provinces.
