从蝴蝶兰类原球茎切块诱导胚性愈伤组织,诱导期间培养物DNA甲基化程度持续下降,与H2O2含量变化呈极显著负相关。在降低6-BA浓度的培养基中添加H2O2可提高愈伤组织诱导率,在诱导培养基中添加H2O2淬灭剂二甲基硫脲降低了愈伤组织诱导率,H2O2可能是诱导胚性愈伤组织的信号分子之一。愈伤组织诱导期间SOD活性对HO水平变化起主导作用。
Induction of embryogenic callus from Phalaenopsis protocorms induced a continual decline in DNA methylation during culture and negatively correlated with H2O2 content.
