Five kinds of solid bubble damage detectors developed by ourselves were scaled by using 150MeV / u4He, 490MeV / u28Si and 500MeV / u56Fe on the HIMAC of the National Institute of Radiation Science of Japan. The thresholds of the detectors were as follows: 82.4 (T-15), 1536 ± 232 (T-34), 1628 ± 4 (T-12), 2335 ± 332 (T-24) and 6060 ± 2065 (T-14) MeV · G-1 · cm2. Their thresholds range from tens to thousands MeV · g-1 · cm2, which is equivalent to the highest sensitivity and lowest sensitivity range that solid bubble damage detectors can normally achieve at room temperature. These thresholds can be used to calculate the resolution parameters of heavy ion with solid bubble damage detector and calculate various
