催化动力学法测定痕量CN~-具有较高的灵敏度。方法大致可分为两类:一类是利用CN~-对某些反应的催化加速作用,另一类是利用CN~-对某些催化反应的阻抑作用。文献[1]对CN催化加速对—硝基苯甲醛与邻—二硝基苯反应作了不少研究,但对这两种试剂的纯度要求很高。本文利用普通纯度的试剂,对该催化反应进行了研究;并成功地用苯甲醇来中止催化反应。以NaOH溶液吸收蒸馏分离出来的HCN,本法可用于各种水样中痕量氰化物的测定。
Catalytic kinetic method for the determination of trace CN ~ - has high sensitivity. The methods can be divided into two types: one is the use of CN ~ - for some reactions catalyzed acceleration, and the other is the use of CN ~ - for some catalytic reaction inhibition. Literature [1] on the CN catalytic accelerated p-nitrobenzaldehyde and o-dinitrobenzene reaction made a lot of research, but the purity of these two reagents demanding. In this paper, the use of ordinary purity reagents, the catalytic reaction was studied; and successfully suspended with benzyl alcohol catalytic reaction. This method can be used for the determination of trace cyanide in various water samples by taking NaOH solution to absorb HCN separated by distillation.
