目的观察小牛血清去蛋白注射液(奥德金)联合放疗对肺癌骨转移中、重度疼痛的疗效。方法将2014年2月至2015年6月收治的104例患者随机分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=48),观察组采用奥德金联合放疗,对照组采用单纯放疗。观察放疗1、2周及治疗结束后1个月(6周)的止痛疗效、活动能力;放疗后1个月骨转移病灶的CT、MRI结果。结果在放疗1周和2周时,观察组止痛总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗结束后1个月(6周),两组止痛总有效率相当(P>0.05);6周时,两组止痛总有效率均高于放疗1、2周时(P均<0.01)。在放疗1周和2周时,观察组活动能力改善总有效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组放疗2周时活动能力改善总有效率均高于1周时(P均<0.01)。放疗结束后1个月复查骨转移病灶的客观疗效,观察组、对照组分别为肿瘤完全消退5.4%、4.2%,肿瘤部分缩小50.0%、45.8%,无变化35.7%、41.7%,肿瘤增大8.9%、8.3%,两组客观疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论奥德金联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移中、重度疼痛具有协同作用,在放疗初期改善明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of bovine serum albumin injection (Oddkin) combined with radiotherapy on moderate and severe pain of lung cancer with bone metastasis. Methods A total of 104 patients admitted from February 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 56) and control group (n = 48). Oxygen combined radiotherapy was used in the observation group and radiotherapy alone was used in the control group. The curative effect and activity were observed after radiotherapy for 1, 2 weeks and 1 month (6 weeks) after the end of treatment. The CT and MRI findings of bone metastasis 1 month after radiotherapy were observed. Results The total effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) at 1 week and 2 weeks after radiotherapy. At 1 month (6 weeks) > 0.05). At 6 weeks, the total effective rate of both groups was significantly higher than that of 1 and 2 weeks after radiotherapy (all P <0.01). At 1 week and 2 weeks after radiotherapy, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (all P <0.05). The total effective rate of activity improvement at 2 weeks after radiotherapy was higher than that of 1 week <0.01). One month after the end of radiotherapy, the objective effect of bone metastasis was reviewed. The observation group and the control group showed a complete regression of 5.4%, 4.2%, 50.0%, 45.8%, 35.7%, 41.7% 8.9% and 8.3% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in objective curative effect (P> 0.05). Conclusion Oddin combined with radiotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer bone metastases, severe pain has a synergistic effect, improved significantly in the early stage of radiotherapy.
