本文是MKW八辊轧机实验研究的一部分。本文解决了在MKW八辊轧机上用单个导向辊测定张力的实验问题,并通过轧制最小厚度的生产性实验,提出合理选择工作辊径和确定最小可轧厚度的计算方法。给出了轧制08沸钢特定产品的最小可轧厚度简化公式,该简化公式符合生产实际情况。这就为MKW八辊轧机的设计和生产等工程计算,提供了可靠的数据。
This article is part of the MKW eight-roll mill experimental study. In this paper, the experimental problems of measuring tension on a MKW eight-roller mill with a single guide roller are solved. The calculation method of selecting the work roll diameter and determining the minimum roll thickness is proposed through the production experiment of the minimum rolling thickness. The simplified formula of the minimum thickness of rolled steel for the specific product of 08 boiling steel is given. The simplified formula is in line with the production actual situation. This provides reliable data for engineering calculations such as the design and production of the MKW eight-high mill.
