当代大学生身心健康状况令人堪忧,心境健康水平偏低,心理障碍问题较为突出。文章采用文献资料法,并应用简化的心境状态剖面图(poms)的量表,通过对经常习练太极拳的大学生,进行练拳前后两组数据的对比。研究结果显示:大学生经常练习太极拳,不但能够增强体质、促进心理健康,改变个人焦虑、急躁、易怒的脾性;同时,还能调节抑郁、疲劳、惊慌、愤怒和紧张等消极的心境状态。从而,使大学生变得豁达、沉静、随和、乐观、健康的精神状态。
Contemporary college students’ physical and mental health is worrying, mental health is low, and psychological problems are more prominent. The article adopts the literature method and applies a simplified psychometric state scale (poms) scale to compare the two sets of data before and after the practice of Taijiquan students. The results show that college students often practice Taijiquan, not only can enhance their physique, promote mental health, change personal anxiety, impatience and irritability; at the same time, they can also regulate negative mood states such as depression, fatigue, panic, anger and tension. Thus, college students become open-minded, quiet, easy-going, optimistic and healthy state of mind.
