给水排水科学与工程专业以培养实践类人才为主,毕业生多从事工程一线的工作,学生在学期间工程实践能力的培养对学生就业和长远发展都具有重要意义。针对部分教师工程基础薄弱、学生实践教学环节落实不到位的现象,提出了提升教师工程实践水平、聘请校外专家参与授课、改变学生实习方式、拓宽学生实习渠道等对策,并介绍了桂林理工大学在加强学生实践能力培养方面的成功经验。 Water and wastewater science and engineering to cultivate practical talents, graduates more engaged in the work front-line work, students during the study of engineering practice ability of students employment and long-term development are of great significance. In view of the weak foundation of some teachers’ projects and the fact that the practice of teaching is not in place, some countermeasures such as upgrading the level of teachers’ engineering practice, employing extra-curricular experts to participate in teaching, changing student internship and broaden students’ internship channels are presented.
