介绍防热实验中高温应变测量技术研究,重点介绍在电弧加热设备产生的高温流场中的翼等典型部位的高温应变测量实验。研究在模型内部布置应变计测量内部应变的方法,以及应变计稳态热输出和瞬时热输出数据对测量结果的影响;实验应变测量最高温度达到870℃。从实验结果来看,翼形模型的温度和应力较大,存在一定的安全隐患。
The research on high temperature strain measurement in heat-resistant experiment is introduced. The high-temperature strain measurement experiment of typical parts such as wing in high temperature flow field generated by arc heating equipment is mainly introduced. The method of arranging the strain gauge to measure the internal strain in the model and the effect of the steady-state heat output and instantaneous heat output of the strain gauge on the measurement results were studied. The maximum temperature of the strain measurement reached 870 ℃. From the experimental results, the wing model temperature and stress larger, there are some security risks.
