评价金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗干眼症的疗效。将2016年3~4月,西安市第四医院门诊诊断为干眼症的86例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组43例(86只眼)采用金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗,对照组43例(86只眼)单用复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗,两组均为1次1滴,4次/d,疗程为14d,观察两组用药后的患者就诊结果,包括泪膜破裂时间(BUT)以及基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)。使用SPSS 19.0统计软件分析进行处理,计量资料数据用x±s表示,采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果显示,治疗前治疗组与对照组的BUT、SIT差异无统计学意义(t=0.250、0.240,均P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组BUT、SIT与对照组比较明显延长及增多且有统计学意义(t=3.303、2.350,P=0.003、0.020)。金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液联合用药治疗干眼症的疗效显著。
