Dear Editor,rnSchizophrenia is one of the most complicated and serious psychiatric disorders, and patients often show markedly disrupted structural and functional abnormalities during resting-state imaging scans of the brain.Patients with first-episode childhood-and adolescence-onset schizophrenia (CAOS) refers to individuals under the age of 18 years whose first episode of illness had occurred before they were 13 years old [1].The symptoms are similar to adultonset schizophrenia-auditory hallucinations or language deficits and abnormal cognition.

Depression is a debilitating psychiatric disorder with a huge socioeconomic burden, and its treatment relies on antidepressants including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).Recently, the melatonergic system that is closely associated with the s

Dear Editor,rnHuman prion diseases consist of sporadic,genetic/familial,and acquired forms. The familial form accounts for 5%-15% of all human prion diseases, including familial Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease (fCJD),Gerstmann-Str(a)ussler-Scheinker syndrome, and

The autonomic nervous system controls various internal organs and executes crucial functions through sophisticated neural connectivity and circuits. Its dysfunction causes an imbalance of homeostasis and numerous human disorders. In the past decades, great e
